Aishwarya Agiwal is a Psychologist with a specialization in Clinical Psychology, an Expressive Arts Therapy Practitioner, and a Couples Therapist (Gottman Institute – in training). She holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from CHRIST University, Bengaluru, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Expressive Arts Therapy from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.

With experience across in-patient and out-patient mental health settings, Aishwarya works with individuals from toddlers to the elderly, integrating traditional psychotherapy with the arts to create personalized, effective care. She has presented research at national and international conferences, conducted workshops in educational, healthcare, and corporate spaces, and continues to promote an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy.
