I had been suffering from depression and extreme anxiety. Situation was so extreme that I was
constantly under negative thoughts, and that took significant toll on my work and day to day life.
I was very apprehensive for treatment as I had visited two doctors earlier and nothing

I had a really good experience with the psychologist at Maarga Mind Care. She was very patient, understanding, and easy to talk to.
