Sucheta Mishra is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and has pursued her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS), Delhi. Her experience in the field involves providing evidence- based psychological interventions using Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and behaviour therapy for adults for mental health problems and disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety related disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) , Borderline Personality disorder and substance use disorders. She has experience in managing people with schizophrenia, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to formulate short term and long term treatment plans for severe mental disorders. In addition she carries out psychological assessments for emotional problems, addiction related behaviours, personality problems that can aid in a comprehensive assessment of the person. She aims at customizing Psycho- therapy for her clients based on individual need. She also works with family members to help clients integrate with families and society.
